Please read the below information carefully

 

• While uploading the PowerPoints, Speakers will need to sign the Speakers’ Consent form to indicate whether they agree for IAP to release this document to the delegates and members before and after the event. 

 

• PowerPoints: Speakers are required to upload the pdf version of their PPT presentations on the IAP website for viewing by delegates.  In order to do so, please save a copy of your PowerPoint to an optimised pdf format and upload on the IAP website by Tuesday the 28th of May 2024. 

 

• All Speakers MUST still bring their PowerPoint presentations to the venue and report to the speakers’ preparation area 2 hours before their scheduled presentation. The Speakers’  Preparation area is located at the Plaza Foyer Level near the IAP registration desk at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre.

 

• Please note that handouts are no longer accepted. It is a requirement that all speakers provide a copy of their PPT presentation to be uploaded on our website.
