Official Policy On Taking Photos

IAP has developed an official policy on photos taken by delegates during presentations. Delegates will be notified that no video-recording, audio-recording or flashes are allowed during the conference.

If necessary, IAP will allow the delegates to take one or few pictures but make sure that taking pictures does not disturb the talk of the speaker in any way (no flash and phones to be muted).

Additionally, the Chairs/Convenors of each session will announce the same to delegates before each presentation. They will also notify them if the presentations are available on the website to reduce photos being taken.

Luggage Storage

Limited Luggage storage is available at the ICC Sydney.

Please check with BCEC customer service staff located on the ground floor main entrance. The conference organisers and the venue cannot take any responsibility for any loss or damage of goods.
