CONFERENCE INFORMATION
Name Badges
Delegates are requested to wear their name badges at all times, including at social functions as badges will be required to access all sessions. BCEC staff may not grant entry to sessions without name badges being presented.
The name badges are 100% recyclable. Please leave your name badge and Lanyard at the Registration desk for recycling at the end of the conference.
Lucky Draw
In order to go into a draw to win one of 3 bottles of champagne, visit each exhibitor’s stand and have your lucky draw card stamped by the exhibitors.
This will be drawn on Sunday at morning tea. The winners must be present in person; otherwise, the prize will be redrawn.

Catering
Refreshments throughout the day (morning tea, afternoon tea and lunches) are included for all registered delegates. Delegates who have indicated any special dietary requirements with their registration need to make themselves known to wait staff during refreshment breaks and functions.

Delegates are asked to ensure their mobile phones are on silent mode during conference sessions.
Conference Filming and Photograpy
By registering for this conference, attendees consent to being filmed or photographed as members of the audience. Photos may be used for our marketing or promotional purposes.
Official Policy On Taking Photos
IAP has developed an official policy on photos taken by delegates during presentations. Delegates will be notified that no video-recording, audio-recording or flashes are allowed during the conference. If necessary, IAP will allow the delegates to take one or few pictures but make sure that taking pictures does not disturb the talk of the speaker in any way (no flash and phones to be muted).
Additionally, the Chairs/Convenors of each session will announce the same to delegates before each presentation. They will also notify them if the presentations are available on the website to reduce photos being taken.
Car Parking
Undercover parking will be available in the BCEC Parking Station. Charges will apply.
Luggage Storage
IAP will not be responsible for the storage of luggage at the conference venue. Delegates are strongly encouraged to cloak their bags at their accommodation venue.
Very limited cloaking services are available at the information desk at BCEC and would need to be coordinated directly with the venue.
Neither the conference organisers nor the venue take any responsibility for loss or damage of personal effect
